The Nomad Lyte is the smallest flow hood available on the market. We designed this hood with the traveler in mind. Great for traveling, foraging or doing some quick lab work (prints, swabs, agar transfers, etc). It is also a great beginner hood to learn sterile techniques in classroom settings and more! The Nomad Lyte is also the first flow hood made from a bioplastic. A highly durable material. It weighs 3lbs and it is a seamless one-piece flow hood to ensure no air leaks, giving you full control to create the most sterile environment possible for your lab work.
This flow hood is designed with a simple full frame system that allows the user easy filter replacement and maintenance.
Built with a 0.1um Hepa Filter rated at 99.99% efficiency.
